We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out our inspection request form. This may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, and specific details regarding your roofing or exterior construction needs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to:

• Process, qualify, and schedule your free property inspection.
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates by SMS only if you select the optional SMS consent checkbox. We may also contact you by email about your appointment.
• Request feedback or a Google review by SMS only if you separately choose to receive those messages.
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

3. SMS & Mobile Data Policy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. We do not sell or share SMS consent information for third-party marketing. Service providers may process mobile data only as needed to deliver our messages and operate the requested service.

SMS Terms

Falc-Lion General Construction offers optional appointment and service texts, plus separately optional requests for feedback or a Google review. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. You may book an inspection without agreeing to either type of text.

We record your selected choices, consent date, and disclosure version. Replying START does not automatically restore canceled reminders or enroll you in review requests; a new booking requires a new choice. WhatsApp is used for internal team notifications and is not required for customers.
