FALC LION GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LLC, known as Falc-Lion General Construction or Falc-Lion GC, operates this inspection booking website and the optional text messaging program described below.
Inspection booking
Please provide accurate contact and property information when requesting an inspection in Vermont or New Hampshire. For changes or questions about an appointment, call +1 802-213-4835. Booking an inspection does not enroll you in text messages unless you separately select the applicable SMS consent option.
SMS Terms
Our appointment and service text program includes inspection confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, appointment changes and customer-care replies. A separate optional choice allows feedback requests or a Google review request after your project.
To enroll, enter your mobile number in the inspection form and select the checkbox for each type of message you want. Both checkboxes start unchecked. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase, and you can book without selecting either option.
Message frequency varies with your appointments, service activity and the choices you make. Message and data rates may apply. Falc-Lion does not charge a separate fee to participate in the SMS program.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all texts sent through our messaging service. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or call +1 802-213-4835.
After opting out, reply START to remove the carrier messaging block and submit a new booking with your preferred consent choices if you want to rejoin. START alone does not restore canceled reminders or enroll you in review requests.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages should not be used for emergencies.
Privacy
We record your consent choices, the consent date and the disclosure version. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers may process information as needed to operate the requested service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
